Kinship Cultures provides educational workshops, mentorship, and coaching services. Educational programs are provided for informational purposes. Unless explicitly stated within a formal client agreement, participation does not establish a professional-client relationship.
2. Membership & Payments
Membership fees provide access to educational programming and learning materials. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Kinship Cultures does not store payment
information.
Access to digital materials may begin immediately upon enrollment.
3. Refund Policy
If you experience a duplicate charge or technical billing error, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
For program-based services, refund requests must be submitted prior to accessing course
materials or attending sessions.
After access has been granted, fees are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the services.
4. Personal Responsibility
Participation in programs is voluntary. Members are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
All educational materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kinship Cultures shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in educational programs.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to discontinue membership for behavior inconsistent with community standards.
